Account & Logins

I’m having problems logging in….
Let's try a few things:

Your username is you email account. If you have multiple email addresses, you can check with us to find out which one we have on file.

Please try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link below:

If this still does not work, please let us know and we will reset the password manually.
How do I change my email address?
Please contact us to change your email address.
How do I reset my password?
1. Go to the login page.
2. Click on the Forgot your Password? Link.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click Send my password.
5. Check your email inbox for an email from us with the subject “Reset your password”.
6. Click the link in the email to reset your password.
Do you keep my past orders?
Yes, your orders are available for download in your account for 30 days. After this period, we keep your orders forever but offsite. There will be fees to recover your archived orders after this period.

4. Click on the order number you wish to download.
5. Click on the “Download order” button.
Can I download my past invoices?
Yes, past invoices will always be available in your account.

5. Click on the Print Invoice button on the bottom left of the page.
My business has multiple accounts, can I combine them?
Yes, it is common for businesses to have multiple active accounts.
Send us an email at clientcare@amazingvoice.com and we will be happy to combine your business accounts.
Once the accounts are combined, you will be able to access the order history of all accounts within the business.
Simply click on the “Company Orders” tab to access the order history of other accounts.

Why don’t my files sound like the samples on your site?
Certain audio formats are low-bandwidth, which is required for all telephone systems. We agree that this format can sound less than great when played through normal speakers but is perfectly acceptable when played over a telephone line.

Can we use our own music for an On Hold production?
Yes, but only if you have obtained a license for use.
The very beginning of my recording sounds cut off. Why?
This is likely caused by your media player.
We inspect the head and tail of every file before delivery.

Rest assured that the file is intact.

You can try a different media player, but once you upload the file to your system, you will hear that it is fine.
Can we hear a preview of our message(s) before we buy?
By default all productions are recorded to match the voice talent's web sample.
We can create a short sample for your approval but there is a small fee for this service.
What is your turnaround time?
We deliver small-medium sized orders within 4 days. Rush delivery is also available and can be ordered when placing your order.
How do we receive the files?
Easy! We send you an email with a link to your account where you can download your audio files.
Is there a way to give you the proper pronunciation for specific words?
Yes, we have a special hot line you can call to record the names that need the pronunciations clarified.
The number for our hotline is 1-407-218-5869 ext 211.
Do you back up my audio files for future use?
Yes, we keep a copy of your order on our website for 30 days after which it gets removed from our website. We also keep a copy of all orders offsite forever. These archived orders are available and can be retrieved for a fee.
How long does my quote stay active?
Instant quotes will always be available in your account.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards as well as bank transfer via the secure Stripe payment platform.
Will my credit card information stay private?
Yes, we do not keep any record of credit card information on our site.
If you decide to use our convenient “Save card for later”, the info will be saved on the secure Stripe servers.

Will my account information stay private?
Yes, only the administration has access to your account information and orders. Our administration is protected with a 2-factor authentication.
Will my voice over recordings stay private?
Yes, the recordings are stored offsite in a secure server. You own the recordings forever, and there are no additional fees or royalties to be paid.

Are there any monthly, membership or admin fees?
No, there are no fees. Once you purchase the recording, it is yours to own forever.

NO! We never have and never will offer computer generated voices. We believe in the power of the human voice!

Can you supply the recording in our specific system's file format?
Yes, we can deliver your files in just about any format. Simply select it from the dropdown menu when you place your order. If it is not listed in the menu, simply select "other" and enter your format.
Do you offer bilingual voice overs?
Yes, we offer bilingual voice overs for all our recordings. We have many voice talents that are bilingual, and sometimes even trilingual. Contact us at clientcare@amazingvoice.com to get a custom quote.

What audio format do I need?
You may need to contact your service provider. We offer an extensive number of audio formats, each with their own unique specifications. Here is a breakdown of the specs:
1. Bit depth: (i.e., 8 bit, 16 bit)
2. Sample rate: (i.e., 8kHz, 11kHz)
3. Codec: (i.e., Ulaw, PCM)
4. Extension: (i.e., .wav, .mp3)
How do I add the files to my system?
Because every system is different, the process varies.
You may need to contact your service provider.
They will inform you of the format required and also instruct you on how to add the files to your system.
What is the best format for streaming audio files over the Internet?
MP3, 44kHz, 128 kbps is a fast streaming format that still sounds pretty good. With bit rates lower than 128kbps, the sound quality starts to deteriorate.
What is a voice over?
A voice-over is a production in which a voice actor provides a voice recording used for telephone systems, such as phone menus, voicemail greetings, or on-hold messages. It can also be used for narration over PowerPoint presentations, e-learning courses, or radio stations.

What if I need to make revisions/tweaks to the recording?
If there are any mistakes or mispronunciations (made on our behalf), we will re-record the affected sections at no additional cost to you.

Changes in your script after we have delivered your order are subject to additional charges.

Do you offer a refund policy?
We can refund your order but only if we have not started working on the production. However, please note that a 5% processing fee will be charged.
Once your order has been started, we can no longer offer a refund.
